You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to leasing or learning about Millennium Plaza. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, infringe others’ rights, or use it in violation of any law.

Listings, availability, and pricing

Information on the Site about available suites, square footage, rental rates, lease structure (including triple-net, or NNN, figures), amenities, and build-out is provided for general information only. It is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed, and it is subject to change, prior lease, or withdrawal at any time without notice. Square footage and rates are approximate, and NNN figures are estimates. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a binding commitment, or a guarantee of availability, and nothing on the Site creates a lease or landlord-tenant relationship. Lease terms are established only in a signed written agreement.

Referral program

Our referral program, including any referral fee, is offered at our discretion and may require that a referred business sign a lease and take occupancy before any fee is paid. We may change, pause, or end the program, and we may decline a referral, at any time. Specific terms are confirmed with you directly. Submitting a referral does not by itself entitle you to payment.

Submissions and communications

When you submit a form or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have permission to share any third party’s details you provide. You consent to be contacted by phone, email, or postal mail about your inquiry and related leasing matters. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share.

The Site and its content, including text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Millennium Plaza name, are owned by or licensed to Millennium Commercial Group and are protected by intellectual property laws.
