When you lease Class A office space at Millennium Plaza in West Omaha, you work directly with the owner. Our office is here in the building on West Dodge Road, so questions get answered quickly and terms get worked out fast.
We list our suites publicly, but most of the lease terms (rent credits, fit-out allowances, signage, expansion rights) get worked out in a conversation. That conversation happens between you and the people who actually own the building.

What comes with the lease
Every lease at Millennium Plaza in West Omaha comes with access to the two-story lobby, the fitness center with a shower, the indoor running track, and the common coffee station. The executive board room is available at preferred rates.

Customization
Many tenants move into a suite the week they sign. Others take the full quarter to design something bespoke: walls down, lighting redone, millwork custom, materials specified to match their brand.
Because the building’s construction was done in-house, we can move quickly on modifications and know the mechanical drawings by heart. Build-out allowances are a normal part of the conversation.
