Privacy Policy

Last updated July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Millennium Commercial Group, the owner and manager of Millennium Plaza at 15858 W. Dodge Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68118 (“Millennium Plaza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit millenniumomaha.com(the “Site”), contact us, request a tour or leasing information, or use our authenticated tenant portal (the “Portal”).

This policy covers two audiences: visitors to our public marketing Site, who browse anonymously unless they choose to contact us, and tenants and their authorized team members who sign in to the Portal to manage their relationship with the building.

Who we are

Millennium Commercial Group is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at info@millenniumomaha.com, (402) 505-7150, or 15858 W. Dodge Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68118.

Information we collect

Information you give us on the public Site

When you submit a form on the Site — a tour request, spec-sheet request, board-room inquiry, referral, or general contact message — we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, phone number, company, the suite or space you’re interested in, your current lease end date or timing, why you’re looking, and any free-text message. We store this to respond to you and to manage our leasing pipeline.

Information we collect automatically on the public Site

When you use the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view (including any query-string parameters in the URL), the site or ad that referred you, and timestamps. We also record product-analytics events and session replays (see “Cookies and tracking” below).

We write a first-party cookie called mp_first_touchon your first visit if your visit carries marketing signals. It lasts about 90 days and stores your first-touch marketing source — the UTM parameters, the referring website, and the names of any ad-click parameters that were present (for example, that a Google or LinkedIn click identifier existed). It does not store your name, email, phone number, or the click-identifier values themselves. We later attach this source information to any lead you submit so we understand which channels bring people to us.

When you submit a lead, we also store an analytics identifier (a PostHog “distinct ID”) on your lead record. This links your submitted contact details to the anonymous behavioral session that preceded the submission, so that our conversion reporting is accurate. In other words, contact information you provide may be associated with analytics data collected before you submitted it.

Phone calls

If you call us, our phone system may record the call and retain the recording, along with your phone number and caller-ID name, for quality, training, and record-keeping. Where a recording notice is required, it is provided at the start of the call. Nebraska is a one-party-consent state for call recording.

Information collected in the Tenant Portal

The Portal is available only to tenants of the building and their invited team members. Accounts are created by invitation — there is no open sign-up. When you use the Portal, we collect:

  • Account and identity informationthrough our authentication provider (Clerk): your name, email address, and sign-in sessions. Portal accounts are linked to your company’s tenant record.
  • Requests and submissions you make, including maintenance requests (category, location/suite, urgency, description), board-room bookings, access and key-card requests (including the name of the card holder), and referrals.
  • Referral information about third parties. If you refer another business, you provide that business’s contact name, email, and phone number. By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the right to share that person’s information with us.
  • Activity and audit logs. For security and record-keeping, we log Portal activity tied to your account — sign-in and sign-out events, pages viewed, and actions taken, along with your IP address, device/browser, and session identifier.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. The trackers present on our Site are:

  • PostHog— product analytics and session replay. This records page views, clicks, scrolling, and navigation, and captures visual replays of sessions. Form inputs are masked, so typed values are not captured, but on-screen page content and interactions are recorded. PostHog data is sent to PostHog’s US infrastructure. We route PostHog through a first-party path on our own domain for reliability; the data still goes to PostHog.
  • Google (Analytics 4 and Google Ads)— web analytics and advertising conversion measurement. This sets Google cookies (such as _ga) and shares information including your IP address with Google. When you submit a tour request, a hashed version of your email and phone number is sent to Google Ads for conversion matching (“enhanced conversions”); your browser hashes these values before they are transmitted.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel— advertising and conversion measurement. It records page views, fires a “Lead” event when you submit a tour request, and sets Meta cookies (such as _fbp).
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag— advertising and conversion measurement, setting LinkedIn cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, by clearing or blocking cookies, and through the providers’ own tools — for example, Google Ads Settings, Meta ad preferences, LinkedIn ad settings, and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide tour, spec-sheet, and leasing information.
  • Manage our leasing pipeline and contact records (we may match and de-duplicate your submissions by email or phone).
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site and the Portal, and process the requests tenants submit.
  • Measure marketing performance and run advertising.
  • Send transactional and relationship emails (lead confirmations, portal and maintenance notifications) and, where applicable, marketing email; and send postal mail to prospects.
  • Keep security and audit records.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with the following categories of service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database and hosting for lead, contact, and tenant data.
  • Clerk — authentication and identity for the Portal and admin.
  • Resend — sending and delivery tracking of email; our records retain the recipient address and a copy of the message.
  • Lob — printing and mailing of postal mail to prospects.
  • Vercel — website hosting and server infrastructure.
  • Our telephone provider — handling and recording of inbound calls.
  • PostHog, Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — analytics and advertising, as described above.

Some of the advertising cookies and identifiers we use may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising under certain US state privacy laws, even though no money changes hands. See “Your choices and rights.” We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here — to respond to you, run our leasing and tenant relationships, meet legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes — and then delete or de-identify it. Portal audit logs, email records, and call recordings are retained for security and record-keeping.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. Lease documents are stored privately and served only through short-lived signed links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Analytics and advertising.Use the browser and provider controls listed under “Cookies and tracking” above to limit these technologies.
  • Access, correction, and deletion.Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of “sharing” for targeted advertising. Nebraska and California residents in particular may have these rights. To make a request, email info@millenniumomaha.com or call (402) 505-7150. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • Postal mail. To stop receiving mailed materials, contact us at the address or phone above.

Children

The Site and Portal are intended for a business audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and tools (for example, maps or listing services). Their privacy practices are their own and are not covered by this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
