Last updated June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Millennium Commercial Group, the owner and manager of Millennium Plaza at 15858 W. Dodge Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68118 (“Millennium Plaza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit millenniumomaha.com(the “Site”), contact us, or request a tour or information about leasing office space.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit one of our forms (a tour request, a board room or spec sheet request, the referral form, or a general inquiry) or contact us by phone or email, we collect the details you choose to share. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company, which suite or type of space interests you, when your current lease ends, and any message you send. If you refer another business through our referral program, we collect the information you provide about that business so we can follow up.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages and links you interact with, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing.

  • First-party attribution. We set a cookie named mp_first_touch that lasts up to 90 days. It records how you first reached the Site (for example, a search engine, an advertisement, or a referral link) so we can credit the right channel when you later contact us. It does not contain your name, email, or phone number.
  • Analytics and advertising partners. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and PostHog product analytics. These tools set their own cookies or identifiers and may help us measure conversions, build audiences, and improve the Site. PostHog may record on-Site interactions, including session replays, with sensitive form inputs masked.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of many advertising cookies through the partners directly, including Google Ads Settings, Meta ad preferences, and LinkedIn ad settings, or industry tools at optout.aboutads.info. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honor it where required by law.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct tours.
  • Operate the referral program and follow up with you and any business you refer.
  • Send transactional messages, confirmations, and occasional follow-up communications about leasing, including by phone, email, or postal mail.
  • Measure, analyze, and improve our marketing, the Site, and the leasing experience.
  • Protect the Site, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers who operate the Site and our leasing tools on our behalf, including Supabase (database and hosting), Resend (email delivery), Clerk (sign-in for our tenant and management portals), and, where we send postal mail, Lob.
  • Advertising and analytics partners named above (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and PostHog), which process Site activity to provide their services.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with the law, enforcing our terms, or protecting the rights and safety of people and property.
  • Business transfers, if the building or business is sold or reorganized.

Use of advertising cookies may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising or a “sale” under some state privacy laws. You can opt out using the controls under Cookies and tracking technologies above.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you, manage the leasing relationship, run the referral program, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to each partner’s policies.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@millenniumomaha.com or calling (402) 505-7150. Depending on where you live (for example, Nebraska or California), you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and services, such as a listing on LoopNet or an embedded map. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
