Note
Every space differs
in a few details.
These photographs show the building as finished and maintained today. Tenant suites are regularly reconfigured. The bones shown here remain consistent, but layout, finish, and millwork change with each lease.
Exteriors
The building
from the outside.
Millennium Plaza sits in the West Dodge corridor of Omaha, Nebraska. A three-story Class A building with a formal entrance, courtyard flag, and monument sign.

Lobby
A two-story
lobby.
The lobby is the first room you see: two stories of marble, with a stone ball fountain at its center. A calm, polished place to meet a client.

Common Areas
Shared spaces,
kept in shape.
Wood-paneled corridors, the tenant coffee station, the common lounge. These are the spaces tenants move through every day, and we keep them maintained to the same standard as the rest of the building.

Board Room
A formal room,
on demand.
Tenants book the executive board room for off-sites, quarterly meetings, and client presentations. Two furniture configurations; seats up to forty.

Sample Suites
Inside
a few of the suites.
Photographs taken in two available suites. Spaces differ: entries, private offices, kitchens, training rooms, open floors. Reconfiguration is normal at Millennium Plaza.

See it in person
Photographs can’t
show you everything.
Photos only go so far. Come walk the building and see the finishes, the light, and the available suites in person.
